We tried more things like live swingers nights every Saturday, private couples shooting their home vids on Sunday, live thematic nights - all hardcore

I didn't get to impliment half of what I wanted to do, did almost all of the work myself (including design - which sucked) sent a limited amount of traffic to it and still had the site generate a couple hundred thousand in membership sales. You need a lot of money - the run is expensive and you need a decent volume of members from the start to kick off the interaction, if you wanted to chat some more about it outside the public board you can email me
