Nah, you just have to be smart about it. Make the offside line at a fixed point, maybe halfway between the center line and the goal line in each zone. None of this floating shit they do now where an offside can happen anywhere. Just one fixed point, and once the play moves beyond that point towards the goal then all bets are off. That would be enough to prevent camping but not so doggedly annoying like it is now.
I've even heard several pro soccer/football announcers say much the same thing. I just happen to agree with it.
