I would definitely have a locksmith doing it for me. Inserting super glue or similar might touch any other part of the lock and causing trouble later on. Take the bike to a locksmith or even a shop and have them replace the whole lock for you. Expensinve, yes, but better than messing thiings up even more before asking for professional help.
