Well, I think it's a good idea to start thinking about other ways to collect fees. A good chunk of the (U.S.) population has either willingly dumped their credit cards, or have had them taken away, combined with stricter issuing rules and not being able to hang out on college campuses dealing credit like drugs any more.

I'm sure some genius bro from the porn brain trust will step in and tell me I'm completely wrong, but the fact is, credit is not only tighter & tougher these days, but many are opting to do without it completely. Also, the spending "belt" is still being tightened on many, many people.
