I did see one rather vintage porno many years ago that at least did something different, something I've never seen done before or since. At the point of the cumshot, the camera view switched to a view from INSIDE the girl's vagina... or rather some type of box made up to look sort of like the inside of a vagina, and the guy shot his wad toward the camera. You could tell it wasn't actually the girl, but it played out as a very cool money shot nonetheless.
