I said this back in '07 (privately to friends)... this "recession" will last at least until 2015, and will most definitely get much worse before it ever gets better. Everyone told me I was nuts and that by 2010, housing will have fully rebounded and money would once again be falling from the sky. Well here we are mid '10, housing is in the shitter, money is not falling from the sky, and things are much worse.
