Wikipedia says 80% of U.S. females have the virus by the time they are 50. But it is only symptomatic in a low percentage of those that have been infected by the virus around 1% but those 80% can transmit the virus. Since such a high % of the population has this (including most of you reading this you just don?t know it becuase your not symptomatic) you?re basically fucked if you?re in the small % of the population whose body chemistry will make it symptomatic. The good news is now they are vaccinating kids before they become sexually active so hopefully the next generation won?t have it.
