She is from Africa! There aren't exactly amber alerts in most African countries. Women who find themselves in these situations have their passports taken away by their pimps and their lives are threatened if they try to escape.
Furthermore, what will happen to her when she goes home? Women are often shamed for being involved in sex work in Africa even if they were sex slaves. The situation is way more complicated than you can obviously understand. I would never be typing LOL when you are describing a pretty desperate situation for that human being.
