Actually, he takes a pretty balanced (for the leftish WSJ) view as to whether the present track of the administration is the correct one or not. He notes that economists differ on it, (although it's obvious what side he's on), and that the EU is concentrating now on cutting spending, not increasing it. Not really a lot of Bush Administration bashing here.... just talking about philosophies of governments and economists.
