Usually, SR tries to 'parse' the page, and I've seen it fail horribly before. If you only saw it on SR, I would still be wary.
Honestly, it looks like a sale+refund or sale+cb combo. If they offer 'extended' stats, you can often see if you had a CB or Refund. PPS removing on refunds is a pretty shitty thing to do, though - although I have seen some programs with that turned on in the past.

I logged into their site (which uses NATS) and showed 1 sale for $30 after I saw it on SR.
Two hours later when SR updated, I noticed my daily total was lower than what it was earlier that day. I found the FUCash was now at $0 when earlier it was at $30. I logged back in and now see 1 sale $0
Referral came from a bookmarked link it showed, but I have a few of those towards sales.
Last night I logged into FUCash and saw I have 2 sales (this one coming from another referral URL from one of my sites) for a total of $30
They only show referring URL and daily totals, thats it.
Still no response from their support
