Then just use normal hosting, if he doesn't want to have distinct non connected registrar accounts and no common factors AT ALL, including email address, physical addy, accounts and obviously no wm tools or gmail etc.
Then I see no real point, I guess all private whois would be the exception and make "seo hosting" more sensible.
