You are cherry picking low approval ratings of presidents who served one or more terms in office.

Bush was not this low until the end of his first term and then it was not lower until a year into his second term.

Obama's approval rating has crashed. At the beginning of his term only 20% disapproved of his job performance and now over 50% disapprove. Bush's disapproval rating did not reach this level until 8/8/2005.

For the record, I never liked Bush.
