Instead of talking about the recent Afghanistan news, Pakistan, Iraq, economy, the recent unemployment surge, the recent housing news... the country is talking about a mosque that doesn't even have the funding or the political capital to get built, whether or not Obama is Muslim, and the relationship between Freedom of Religion and community decency.
