Quagmire: Yes, I know. I'm at a point now where I am soon going to bypass the process altogether and start dealing directly, or go through another service that seems much more able to get things processed in a timely manner.
You canot call SP any more -- no one ever answers the phone. Email them today, you *might* get a reply tomorrow.
Hopefully one of those who works there will see this and get things processed.
