Ooops, my bad: email Mark. He is still active on the boards, maybe he can give you a refund or can handle the situation properly.
Even if things go slowly GTS is NOT scammers, so no need to worry.
Btw you can email the site owners as well where your passes expire complaining about the service of GTS.. and asking for a non broker price ;)
