Even if things go slowly GTS is NOT scammers, so no need to worry.

Btw you can email the site owners as well where your passes expire complaining about the service of GTS.. and asking for a non broker price ;)

I realize GTS are not scammers and I have dealt with them for years,m and I was certainly not intending to imply that. I am just really displeased with the service, or lack thereof, in recent weeks. And with the exception of the Free6 fiasco, I've never asked for a refund. But I am awfully close to doing just that and just going elsewhere or going direct, as you suggest. the "convenience" factor is simply not there at this point to continue with Submit Passes.

That said, I'll see just what Mark can do today via email.
