What else is there besides all those things? The water heater and A/C? As I said 2 4x10 powered the water heater.. Grant it this was nearly 30 years ago.

She NEVER recouped the cost. The tech doesn't last for generations.. You have to replace it.. In fact I believe it was around 10 years later the panels were disconnected and a regular water heater was installed. Maybe saving her a total of $3-4k in electricity over that time.
