All wrong because it's too much... 100% rebill ratio?
... best case scenario maybe 60-75% rebill ratio. He doesn't mean that the most anyone will ever rebill is 1 time
he means an average of 1:1 sales to rebills... I have had 60% rebills 40% new sales before, which is a little better than 1:1
