Nothing to do with VISA to block all your money.
I've already asked a good friend who's a bank manager and he gave a small laugh. Wallet or not, whats the difference? Its their system, its their bank and nothing to do with VISA.
So thats a just good reason to block all the money and go to next step "Preparation for Bankrupt"
