I did not definitively say the cards were canceled nor the relationship terminated - I don't know the status any more than anyone else here other than ePassporte insiders. However, all indications point in that direction ...
How often does VISA suspend a merchant relationship, including suspending all cards, of the size of ePassporte, and then later restore the cards / resume the relationship? Likely close to never? If it quacks like a duck, it likely is a duck ... hence, most likely the cards are canceled and the relationship terminated.

Oh please... You used terminated, cancelled etc. because that's what you think is going on not based on any real information and you want to add to the mania going on.
More likely what's happened is that Visa told the bank to get things in order for the new regulations. The bank told ePass. ePass lowered limits. Visa said that ain't enough and because we don't like you we're going to suspend things until you get your ducks in a row.
Michael O has said he's 100% sure the funds will become available at some point.
