We are setting up new encoding parameters using FFMPEG and have realized we need to find someone with more experience then we currently have.

We are encoding some older AVIs to FLV, MP4, and WMV as well as encoding new MP4s to FLV, MP4 and WMVs. We are looking to maximize quality across the board. I am looking for someone that can give me examples of their work and has solid and familiar references.
