If I'm not mistaken and all this in this thread is true, it probably is best to have all your money in your visa account and not your wallet account...
At least that cash is probably guaranteed (hence the freeze) by at least St kitts, if not Visa. The money in the ewallet appears guaranteed by no banking regulation...
