Actually, if they really wanted to return money to people, they would start writing personal checks. It's not that hard at all, big sponsors send thousands of them so I suppose the process is quite automated. There is no need for address and id verification for that - you just write a check that can be deposited only on the same name and send it to the specified address. Instead they fuck everyone's brains with verifications, each step takes exactly 1 day if not more, and after all is finally verified in the end they send nothing.
It's obvious that they are trying to hold time. I don't know what's with their accounts, but it looks like the majority of money is blocked. Not only virtual accounts money but a lot of wallet money as well, it seems.
And the worst part of all this - they seem to be deliberatly lying about it.
