If it was hidden and affiliates didn't know, then yes he would be deceiving, conning, cheating, scamming, etc. BUT IT'S NOT HIDDEN AND THEY KNOW, THEREFORE SPLITTING FEES IS NOT CHEATING OR CONNING!
