Loads slow here too in Philly on comcast, but even with small traffic you can sell ads, but you might be better off with affiliates sales to a niche site that works with your traffic, since you wont get much for ad space with not much traffic make a few bux a week, but you might get a few sales a week to some punk rock GF site at 35pps.
