Do you have any experience with this developer and their support? I recently got burned by one of theme forest's developers. Bought the theme and their support is horrible. Ask a few questions and it takes days to get an answer, and when they do finally reply, most of the questions were completely ignored.
I know there are a lot of companies turning out themes for theme forest and most are pretty reliable. Just wondering if you ever dealt with this group personally?
