I just got off the phone with ayden at payoneer who helped me get my account verified right away so I can receive a new card. Long story short I had payoneer for over a year now and needed the card reissued.
Their live support was wayyyyy better than epass. Straight to the point, short and sweet. Thumbs up for payoneer support on the phone!
