just remember these numbers, you will be buff (without steroids)

5 - days a week

1 to 2 - bodyparts worked per day

6 to 8 - sets per bodypart

4 to 6 - reps per set

3 - minutes between sets

1.5 - grams of protein per pound of bodyweight to intake daily

this program is called max-ot and it WILL get you HUGE and STRONG... I swear by it

p.s. - this program is not intended for steroid users, it works best naturally... it is not enough volume for an anabolic steroid user
