Lets see some before and after pics. And Im not saying that to be an ass. I love before and after pics.

1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight is hard, esp if you are 200+ lbs. usually more protein means more calories. And if you are not doing a bunch of cardio its hard to keep the the pudge from building. and cardio is detrimental to mass building.
