It's a nice tool, it gets updated regularly (+ adds new TGPs/MGPs, - deletes inactive TGPs/MGPs, + updates recip links & banners). It's also quite interesting that the listed sites in the DB can be edited. No Problems with TheHun. And I would recommend to request partner accounts for those sites you're submitting to.
