nah i dont, lol... i do everything once a week basically... chest one day, legs another... back, shoulders, bis, tris, on their own days
and yeah i tried lactaid but it was hurting my stomach after awhile, at first i was fine with it, but then it started hurting after i drank it.. so i have no idea WHY...
i tried the lactose free protein drinks, several diff types... and it didn't help..
someone told me it may be because i'm not getting enough fiber, which could have been true... but i'm too fuckin scared to try cause it is NOT fun goin through the aftermath.
