Im just going to say, when you say the word CHEAP, it usually means old beat up servers, crappy low grade bandwidth, and piss poor support. I have owned Fords and I have owned Mercedes, and there is a difference! Not only in performance, but in the way your treated.
With that , I would suggest always looking for quality at a fair price. Cheap usually = crap!
