Well, when I need anything or have a prob I hit up live support and someone takes care of me immediately. I only had probs once with some really bad tech on live support and once with their billing department - so I hit up Gerard and probs were fixed plus I got some bonus.

Can't argue about Webair's support, but then again I've got a dedicated server.
