I believe the normal privacy price at Moniker is $4. If you hit up Bari she can probably lower it to $2 for you.

Internet.bs is a good registrar with free privacy and really great pricing.
Namecheap also does free privacy for the first year with new domains or transfers. And renewal for privacy is pretty cheap, a 5pack of whoisguards is like 7 bucks or something.
