OP, be aware that Moniker's domain privacy occasionally fails (WHOIS shows your real details, sometimes long enough for domain archivers to capture them), and that they'll release your details if someone bitches enough to their abuse department. No need for a court order, what's that?
Don't rely on it for strong privacy.

A .com at name.com is $9.99 and the whois privacy is truly free, not just the first year like namecheap.
Moniker's privacy fail is not good at all.
