I know you were trying to be clever. I have a good sense of humor and I appreciate sarcasm as much as the next guy - but not when it comes to my business and someone makes an anonymous post like the one you just made.
As recently as the past 3 weeks we've changed our installation and support policies and processes to help reduce wait times. At this exact moment 4:47pm on November 2nd our support ticket queue is smaller than it's been in months. I see exactly 4 open tickets that our staff has not yet responded to. So far (knock on wood) it looks like the changes we made will have a positive impact on our support times.
I do take complaints seriously. If you're an Elevated X customer and not just an anonymous random poster looking to hurt my business by trashing us on boards please contact me directly by phone or email. I'll be happy to take the time to look into your account and ticket history and see what I can do to make improvements.
If I fail to hear from you I'll assume the motive behind your anonymous post is something other than to help us further improve the quality of service we provide.
