Well I wish I did some checking before i ordered from them.. Same thing happen to me.. Missing photosets, missing 2257 forms and 100 HD videos with 2 to 4 sec delay in sound felt like i was watching a old kung fu movie..
Kelly was great tried toget things worked out..
They did fix the missing 2257 issue and missing photosets
This is where it went bad. The 100 HD videos were never replaced I was told new harddrive will ship tomorrow and then two days later. No now its really going to ship. After 3 weeks and not hearing anything from AFSC for a week i contacted CCBILL and asked them to make contact and get this worked out they also were unable to make contact and just refunded me my money back with out question.
What got me confused Is this Was an easy fix just send me a new hard drive with new content. And I offered to come to them and do the exchange since im in their area atleast once a week. Or I would mail both hard drives back to them. So since i was jerked around to point of getting a refund they have lost out on the shipping cost and a 500g hard drive. So i guess business is so good they can afford to take a lost like that or the videos were like that from the start and couldn't be fixed
I have nothing Bad to say about Kelly Other then since The refund she will not answer my ICQ. I offered to re order the 100hd videos if they could get it to me asap and make sure they all played ok.
After all this headache if they could still fill the order i would re order. It was a great deal and I already wasted two days shorting the shit out.
I have all emails and screen shoots to back my story up.. The last email I got told me to keep all content and they would re send me a hard drive with content and if i was happy with it they would charge my card at that time.. But now i can't get an answer back...
Hopefully they will get some order in the way they do business.
