I would create a saved advanced segment for this if it's something you will be checking regularly and comparing to overall traffic.
Click Visitors then click on "All Visits" next to the Advanced Segments label,
create new advanced segment, click on Visitors, drag Country box in as a dimension, type in netherlands, create segment, apply and you're good to go.
