- We have re-worked our ticket systems and hired additional techs so that tickets are responded to and worked on within minutes.

- With our latest office / datacenter acquisition we have consolidated a majority of our NY locations under one location, making management of our infrastructure much more efficient & effective.

- Improvements on our proprietary Control Panel that is included FREE with all hosting plans have decreased our support inquiries tremendously. New version of our Control Panel is to be released soon as well.

- We continue to offer NEW dedicated and Cloud VPS hosting plans along with new services such as our Cloud Storage/Hosting solutions, striving to provide the best services and support to our new and existing clients.
