Before any State executes someone ALL avenues have to be investigated. Not doing a DNA test to prove it was his hair is tantamount to legalized murder.
I don't care if what party or political persuasion the person who signs the death warrant is. All avenues of investigation have to be investigated. The blame in this case clearly lies with the people who wrote up the memo and they should of been named not GWB as the ones who were responsibly.
