lets be honest china will know all the secrets of usa.

its the game they play, they pretend not to know while knowing everything.

in the uk one newspaper got hold of mp's expenses. the mp's were going to publish a watered down version, but the papers published in full. that changed a lot of what people thought of mp's in the uk.

the problem with the 'not sure' option means you let goverments hide info. they publish bits but anything they do not want you to know they can stamp and say it will cost lives.
