Mastercard logs DDOS attacks, filters IP by country, send off info to various law enforcement agencies categorized by country. From there, law enforcement subpenas (sp) ISPs, gets full customer info, obtains arrest warrants, and makes the arrest.
All within 24 hours. Now that's efficiency for you right there.
