today i got reply from them,
Hello,
we still have some administrative problems, due to the crash of epassporte.com and our host provider (RCN), but we will regularize your situation as soon as possible.
In fact, we are just waiting for some wires to credit our accounts, and if there's no problem, we will send you all your payments during this week, just before christmass
