I don't get that either. Maybe they are thinking people will just contact them when they see the closed form? You don't seem to have experience with it so you probably don't know this but there are reasons for the closed trade forms. If you get one joker stuffing 300 cookies or running some click bot that can screw up the traffic pool for everyone. Because of the way it works one cheater with a hitbot can make your site drop 10,000 visitors in 24 hours and get people to drop your trade. So people naturally want to know who they are trading with and that's why they manually approve. That's why the traffic traders seem so OCD.
