I understand that you chop up the PSD and put it into the CSS. But what do you do exactly to put the elements of the PSD into the CSS, exactly? I'm not really finding anything that's very clear-cut on how the process works.

How do you position relative to the grid? Take a look at http://blueprintcss.org and tell me what you think.
