I think it's odd he hasn't produced any proof yet. I mean my uncle died last month and within a day it was very easy to find proof online, and he's not popular like a Tawnee Stone.
However, to play devil's advocate on this one point, it is possible he's trying to arrange something with the family to send a portion of the sites profits to them for x amount of years as a memorial. Would they like getting money from a website featuring their dead daughter naked on the net? Who knows, probably not.. but that could be what's taking him so long.
Don't get me wrong, like I said above, this death is certainly strange and we all hope it's not true, but I think the lack of evidence speaks much louder than speculation on why the site is still up.
