There's plenty of substances that fall in to that category. People WILLINGLY consume Ethanol all the time, and that's a poison too! Not as toxic as nicotine, but a substance that's processed only by the Liver and is absolutely a poison. In fact your metabolism drops pretty much everything else to get right to work on removing it from your system as fast as it can.

The difference is that this isn't a subversive plot like you conclude adding fluorine to water is. Remember your words here, not mine.



The fact that people knowingly consume these posions, yet still live longer does not mean these poisons make you live longer. That's what is meant when you say "Correlation does not equal causation". The facts are smokers live longer today than smokers did in the past. Same with drinkers. Non smokers and non drinkers live even longer. This is because of improvements in sanitation, food supply and Medical Science.

In order for us to accept your position that Fluoride is being added WITH MALICE to the water, then we have to accept that Medical Science, on a whole, is in on it. If we accept that we run in to a logical problem. On one hand science is working hard to help us live longer fuller lives, but on the other hand it's also contributing to a shadowy "poisoning" of the population.

See this is where you're making a logical leap but your logic is faulty. You're arguing the flouride is being forced on everyone, with a conspiratoral motive, to condition the population. The overwhelming majority of Medical Science does not support your position. It's simply something that fits in to your "fuck the man" World views which are very obvious in your posts.
