Sorry but your shower water filter is not removing any substantial levels of fluoride. Not even reverse osmosis removes all of it. If you want to avoid the toxic waste byproduct from the aluminum and fertilizer industry (sodium fluoride) then you will have to drink and bathe in distilled water. Even better you could move to the countryside and dig a well.

I have had signs fluorosis on my front teeth since I was a child. We moved to a city that adds sodium fluoride to the water and it showed up within a few years.

Sucks when 98% of the human population are complete sheep. As a child I never had a choice but at least my daughter is not drinking that garbage.
