Most porn sold as "blu-rays" isn't actually up to blu-ray standard because of lower then necessary equipment quality, and consumers quickly figured that out. Read surfers boards, they're all mocking porn "blu-rays" as sub par in terms of quality.
No wonder, since hi-end HD cameras that are necessary to shoot quality blu-ray video are still way out of price range for most porn studios.
