Avn has not been sold, me and Theo are partners of the company almost a year now and Paul is the president of the company. Not Gamelink(i guess this rumor is because I worked in Private for a long time) nor Manwin or AFF has nothing to do with AVN.

GFY has a great place in our hearts and we will do our best to make it better for fun and for business. Eric is the mighty admin and I will not tell to someone that runs a board 10 years how to do his job. We met with him in Vegas and I know how excited he is about it.
